1. FIA – F1 Embedded Systems Engineer

The FIA is recruiting an F1 Embedded Systems Engineer to work at the heart of Formula 1’s technical and regulatory landscape. Based in Geneva, the role focuses on the design, development and support of embedded electronic systems used across the championship, including safety-critical hardware and software.

Successful candidates will work closely with teams, suppliers and other FIA departments, contributing to system specifications, validation and ongoing improvements. The position also involves attending around 15 Formula 1 events per season, providing trackside technical support. 2. Cadillac Formula 1 Team – Digital Learning Advisor

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is recruiting a Digital Learning Advisor to support the development of its people and performance programmes. Based at Silverstone, the role focuses on creating and managing engaging digital learning experiences across the organisation, including the design of online training content and the ongoing development of learning pathways.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to turn training needs into practical digital resources, while also overseeing the team’s Learning Management System and monitoring engagement and effectiveness. It is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in digital learning tools and a structured, detail-focused approach, who wants to contribute to a growing Formula 1 operation.

3. PalmerSport – Instructors

PalmerSport is recruiting driving instructors to join its team at Bedford Autodrome. The role involves delivering high-performance driving experiences to customers, providing instruction across a range of vehicles and helping drivers develop their confidence and control on circuit.

Instructors are expected to combine strong driving ability with clear communication and excellent customer service. This is a part-time position suited to individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a dynamic trackside environment.

4. Pursuit Racing – Number 2 / Senior Technician

Historic racing specialist Pursuit Racing is looking for a Number 2 / Senior Technician to support its workshop and race operations in Bicester. The role covers the preparation, maintenance and repair of high-value race and rally cars, with responsibilities extending from workshop duties to trackside support at events.

Reporting to the Master Technicians, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in maintaining the team’s standards of workmanship while supporting clients at tests, races and rallies. It is a position suited to experienced technicians with a strong attention to detail.

5. Team 18 – Race Mechanic

Australian Supercars outfit Team 18 is recruiting a Race Mechanic to join its competitive race team. Based at the team’s workshop in Mount Waverley, the role involves the preparation and maintenance of the race car, as well as travel to championship events throughout the season.

Working as part of the wider mechanic crew, the Race Mechanic will be involved in car builds, event preparation and live race weekend operations. The position offers the chance to work at the sharp end of professional touring car racing in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
