Top 50 Drivers of 2025
Autosport's team of expert journalists got together to try to assess who were the top 50 drivers of 2025. Here are the results.
A trio of poles and three more Hyperpole top-fives were testament to Alex Lynn’s amazing qualifying pace in the lead Jota Cadillac V-Series.R LMDh. The Brit had a knack for dragging every ounce of potential out of the car. The lap that put him fifth in Bahrain was probably as good as any of those that yielded the top spot.
But Lynn was much more than a qualifying specialist. He was always among the fastest Caddy drivers in the races, if not the fastest, and put in a strong performance at Le Mans. He shaded Sebastien Bourdais, who is always at his best on his home track, in the sister car.
