The Power Rangers are ready to rise again. After multiple attempts to bring back the popular franchise over the past few years, Hasbro just struck a deal with Disney+ to make a new live-action version of the show from the showrunners of its very successful Percy Jackson series, Jonathan E. Steinberg and Dan Shotz.
The Wrap broke the news of the deal, which comes almost a year after a previous attempt to bring back the series failed at Netflix. And that reboot, of course, was after Lionsgate actually made a decent reboot for the big screen, but that too fizzled.
