Beetlejuice Beetlejuice‘s New Trailer Is a Weird and Wonderful Trip Through the Afterlife

Warner Bros. has dropped another look at Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, giving us our best look yet at Tim Burton’s return to his ’80s classic–one that’s enough to make you spill your guts out rather literally, in Beetlejuice’s case.

Set nearly four decades after the events of the first movie, the sequel sees a grown up Lydia Deetz (the returning Winona Ryder) forced to once again call on Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton again, in fine, freakish form) when her own rebellious daughter, Astrid (Wednesday‘s Jenna Ortega) accidentally re-discover the portal to the afterlife, getting herself caught up in its wild trip of gross-out ghosts and bizarre workplace bureaucracy.

Also starring the returning Catharine O’Hara, as well as Monica Belucci, Willem Dafoe, Justin Theroux, and more, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is set to hit theaters September 6.
